Vyas Mandir:
On the north side of the temple is Vyas Mandir, Community members can conduct small Wedding, Upanayanam and other religious functions and meetings at Vyas Mandir. This Hall is available on a nominal rent. For Advance booking can contact the temple office over phone and direct.
Guest House:
The temple has a guest house name Shree Venkateswara Guest House just outside the east side of the temple. Rooms are available at low cost for the pilgrims and devotees. For advance room booking, can contact the temple office over phone and direct.

Cochin Thirumala Devoswam offer the main three Aminities like VARADENDRA KALAYANA MANDAPAM, VYAS MANDIR FOR ANY RELIGIOUS and FAMILY FUNCTIONS. And GUEST HOUSE which is located out side the premises of Gosripuram have accomodation and A small hall which is rented for cultural, religious and other activities.
